Originally from Palm Harbor Florida, Commissioner Larko enlisted in the Navy in 1987. A veteran of Desert Shield/ Storm he served until 1997. Married to Carolyn they moved to Brooks county in 2007. Living in Pavo both Mr. and Mrs. Larko are active in the Pavo Civic Club. The Commissioner is committed to the growth of Brooks County and its cities while keeping the hometown atmosphere charm and values.
